Chief Executive Officer Haleeb Foods
Memosh Khawaja joined Haleeb Foods Limited as the CEO in September 2017. He is an international business leader with 23 years’ experience of creating superior value with top global corporations like Unilever and Henkel. He has worked at local, regional and global levels in Asian, MENA and European markets in home & personal care consumer goods and industrial sectors.
Based out of its headquarters in Germany, he led Henkel Laundry and Home Care Division’s global financial steering of worth €5 billion and delivered results above market expectations.
He was the managing director of Henkel GCC Region (7 countries in Arabian Peninsula and Pakistan), where he managed the company’s €100 million laundry and home care division including 2 production units.He successfully transformed the organization from its loss making status to doubling the business and beating global profitability standard.
He created sustainability, innovation and talent leadership for Henkel in MENA and won several internal and external awards: Best Performing Subsidiary Globally in 2010, Most Innovative Company Cross Sector MENA in 2009, Most Sustainable Company Cross Sector SARCI in 2010 and MENA Effies Award in 2011.
Memosh Led Henkel’s corporate contribution and recognition program in the region via setting up of corporate communication function, govt. and universities engagement programs, and frequently speaking in regional supply chain, chemicals, marketing and sustainability forums.
Prior to joining Henkel, Memosh worked with Unilever in the home and personal care marketing division in Pakistan for 6 years.
His long term goal is to make significant professional and social contribution to the developing world.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sheikh is a Chartered Accountant. He brings to HFL almost two decades of senior management experience in local and multinational companies including large, listed consumer goods companies.
Mr. Sheikh started off his career from GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan where he was working as Finance Manager and then he served Saudi Snack Foods as Assistant Financial Controller. Later on he joined PepsiCo. as Head of Finance. Prior to joining HFL, he was serving Advanced Electronics Company as Corporate Strategy Finance Consultant.
Mr. Nawaz has done an MBA from LUMS and Strategic Management Program from Stanford University. He brings to HFL almost two decades of senior management experience in local and multinational companies including large, listed Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
Mr. Nawaz started off his career from Nestle Pakistan where he was working as Group Brand Manager and then he served Scrollwork’s Advertising as Director. Later on he joined as Group Brand Manager in Engro Foods Ltd. Mr. Nawaz has also served as Territory General Manager in Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited(CCBPL). Prior to joining HFL, he was serving Mausummery Textiles as Chief Operating Officer.
Head of Plants
Haseeb is a Mechanical Engineer from University of Engineering & Technology, Peshawar. He brings with him over 12 years of experience in local and primarily Multinational Companies in FMCG Sector.
He started his career from British American Tobacco where he served in various roles across the operations ranging from Production, Engineering, Projects Management to Quality Departments. He also served British American Tobacco Bangladesh for a short term assignment and led a few projects there. Later he joined RB Pakistan as Engineering Manager and prior to joining HFL, he was leading RB’s Household & HealthCare Factories in Karachi as Factory Manager.
Head of Quality Assurance
Iftikhar is a chemical engineer and has also obtained an MBA from the Punjab University. Iftikhar has good years of industry experience. Iftikhar says,

We at HFL strive for utmost excellence in the quality and safety standards of our respective products, so that our valued consumers get only the best in the market.”
Head of Internal Audit
Zulfiquar is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has vast experience at different levels of different organizations. Zulfiquar says,
“Finance at HFL is not limited to financial reporting and managing finances; rather HFL’s Finance acts as a business partner which plays a key role in every facet of the key business decision making areas including sales, milk collection, production, procurement and engineering. Another important role of Finance is to make sure that money is at the right place at the right time and hence striving its goal of maximizing shareholder value.”
Deputy Manager R&D
Usman has done his Master’s in Food Sciences & Technology from the University of Karachi. Before joining Haleeb Foods Limited he was working with Hilal Confectionery Pvt. Limited as Executive Production.
Head of Supply Chain
Faisal is a mechanical engineer from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore and with an additional degree of MBA (Marketing) from the Institute of Business Administration, University of the Punjab. He has over 12 years of experience with almost all sectors of the industry from public to private sectors Faisal says,
Supply chain is a recently recognized area in Pakistan but undoubtedly it plays a pivotal role in the success of any organization. Here lies the mandate to ensure provision of products across the country with the right quality and quantity. This role does not end here as it is pulled and pushed by an equally important role played by warehousing.
Head Of Sales
Kashif Faique has done his Business Management from FCC University Lahore. He has 22 years’ experience in Sales and Distribution along with Trade Marketing. He has worked for renowned companies during his career like PepsiCo, CCBPL , ENGRO FOODS.
Sales and Distribution is considered to be the backbone of any organization which plays important role to create a connect with consumers through its customer services. Availability and visibility of brands at trade are the key factors for Sales and distribution; aligned with marketing plans. Sales is an ongoing process which never ends and has new challenges each passing day.
