A simple, refreshing, easy to make dessert.
In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the mangoes whole, unpeeled, into the boiling water. Bring the water up to a simmer again and let the mangoes boil until their skin starts to flake off. Take the mangoes off the heat and set them aside to cool. Once cooled, peel them and remove the flesh. Place the fruit in a blender and blend until you get a smooth puree.
In a small bowl, combine the Haleeb cream and honey by whipping them together. Make sure the mixture is light and fluffy. Add more honey to sweeten the cream mixture according to your preference. Take the honey and Haleeb cream’s mixture and fold it into the mango puree. Keep folding until the mixture becomes smooth and thick in texture.
Now pour the mixture into dessert bowls and pop them in the fridge to chill.
