This creamy, sweet delight will become a staple dish for you and your loved ones.
In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to boil. Add the gelatin and remove it from the heat. Keep stirring continuously for 5 minutes or until the gelatin has dissolved. Once the gelatin has dissolved completely, add the marshmallows and continue to stir until they melt.
Add the chopped bananas and stir them in. Drain the pineapple, making sure to reserve the juice. Now add 2 cups of cold water and the pineapple into the gelatin mixture. Pour all the contents into a dessert dish or a pan and pop it into the fridge for 2 hours or until it sets.
Take a small saucepan and combine the flour and sugar on low heat. Add the pineapple juice from the can, stirring it in slowly and gradually. Stir until the mixture is smooth then add the butter. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes before removing it from the heat. Set it aside to let it cool.
In another bowl, take the Haleeb cream and beat it. Now gently fold the pineapple juice mixture into it. Take the gelatin base out of the fridge and spread the creamy pineapple mixture on top. Pop it back into the fridge to chill some more. Garnish with chopped walnuts before serving.
