INGREDIENTS
  • Dry milk powder 2 cups
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Eggs
  • Haleeb Milk
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Green cardamom 8-10
  • Pstachio as required
HOW TO MAKE IT ?

Bring the haleeb milk to a boil.Add cardamom and sugar.Cook milk for 5-10 minutes.In a bowl put milk powder, and melted Asli desi ghee and knead with beaten eggs and make soft medium dough.Make small balls and add into milk cook on hight flame and cook for 5 minutes.Then lowr the flame cook it for 10-15 minutes.Garnish with pistachio and serve chilled.
