• Providing adequate resources for implementation of continuous improvement of environmental management system and ensuring that employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities for environmental care within their function or department.
• Setting annual improvement objectives, targets and developing environmental strategies.
• Measuring performance on the key indicators and regularly reviewing the progress by management reviews.
• Assessing the environmental aspects, impacts, risks and managing all activities in the context of our environment that ensures the prevention of pollution.
• Conserving energy & water, reducing waste, gaseous emissions (particularly the Green House Gases), improvement in environmental performance in logistics and transportation, and exploring opportunities for reuse and recycle along with safe disposal of hazardous waste.
• Communicating environmental management system policy and standards among our suppliers & other supply chain members to improving their environmental performance.
• Collaborating with industrial bodies, government agencies, business partners and other relevant organizations to promote environmental legislation.
